Rear extension

The project involves two proposed elements: 1. Replacing a single-storey rear conservatory with a single-storey rear extension extending 3.75m from the rear wall. The proposed extension has the same external floor area as the existing conservatory which is to be replaced with the proposed extension. The proposed extension is to be finished in render and with dark grey frame windows to match the existing windows. The proposed extension is to have a flat Green roof and is lower than the existing pitched conservatory roof. 2. Installing insulation and render to the external wall of the house to improve the insulation values.
