Construction of a rear patio to the dwellinghouse, designed to align with the internal finished floor level and provide level access from the rear bifold doors into the garden. Due to the garden's natural slope, the patio height varies across its footprint, reaching a maximum of approximately 37cm above ground level at the lowest point. The works were undertaken to provide safe, level access between the dwelling and the garden, reflecting the site's natural slope.
