This a resubmission of extant approved application no. 24/0555/GPH03, decision dated 25th April 2024. Confirmation is sought from the LPA that either prior approval is not required, or that prior approval is required and granted, for the proposed erection of a roof extension comprising one additional storey to the existing 3 storey terraced mixed-use building (comprising a Class E(a) Display/Sale of goods other than hot food) use on the ground floor with residential above) known as Canham House. The proposed additional storey would create 3 additional residential units, comprising 1 x 1Bed/2Person unit and 2 x 2Bed/3 Person units. The gross internal area and room sizes of all proposed units would comply with the Nationally Described Space Standards.
