This application seeks planning permission for the construction of a single-storey side infill extension, including the demolition of existing outbuildings and the alteration of the existing rear extension. This extension is set back from the original rear wall of the dwelling and features a roof set below the main roof ridge, ensuring that it remains subordinate to the host property. The design reflects and continues the existing built form along the side of the house while maintaining the overall hierarchy of the original dwelling. This application also includes the replacement of the existing concrete roof tiles with fibre cement roof tiles.
