Erection of conservatory (Orangery), garage conversion and conversion to HMO (C4). HMO details: I am a disabled person living alone in the house. I cannot use the upstairs bedrooms, so will be living in one of the downstairs bedroom (room 7 in proposed floor plan). My daughter who visits me occasionally, will live in one of the room upstairs or downstairs (room 2 or 8 in proposed floor plan). The garage conversion (room 9 of proposed floor plan) will be used as a spare living space for my family OR a bedroom for my disabled parents, who cannot climb stairs, when they visit me sometimes. I plan to use 3-4 bedrooms upstairs for housing short-term lodgers. Bedroom 6 upstairs (small double bedroom) can be used as an office / study or a potential room for my guests/visitors.
